Golden Gate Hotel · est. 1913 Book

Stay

Rooms

23 rooms in a building of 1913, dressed with antiques, wicker and artwork. Many bathrooms still have their original claw-foot tubs.

With a private bathroom

En-suite rooms

Your own bathroom, in the room. Several still have the original claw-foot tub.

European style

Rooms with a shared bathroom

A wash-stand in the room and a full bathroom, with shower and toilet, down the hall — shared with a handful of other rooms. It is how the hotel was built in 1913, and it is the reason these rooms cost less. One of them has its own shower in the room.

In every room

The hotel has heating throughout. It does not have air conditioning — the building is from 1913 and San Francisco rarely needs it, but if that matters to you, please know before you book.
